Here are our top ten tips in preparing your home for photography and sales viewings,
1. Have the lawn mowed, flowers can add a gorgeous splash of colour inside and out.
2. Remove all vehicles from the driveway and front of the house.
3. Make sure all bins, hoses, garden tools etc. are put away.
4. Remove any “clutter” inside the home, and put away toys, clothing, dishes, towels, etc.
5. Clean the bathrooms, make the beds, hoover the carpets and dust.
6. The work surfaces in the kitchen should be as clean and as empty as possible.
7. Hide personal photos.
8. Replace any light bulbs that are out.
9. Before the photographer arrives, turn on all lights and open all blinds in rooms to be photographed.
10. Remove/Hide any pet beds, water/food bowels, toys, etc.
